Before deciding to work with me, receive a free 30-minute initial consultation. This conversation is intended to identify how I might best serve your needs.
All sessions are held over the phone (video conference by request only).
My Rates:
I am committed to economic justice by giving folks of all financial abilities a chance to work with me. My rates are based on a sliding scale system made up of 4 price tiers.
Tier 1: $145
Tier 2: $115
Tier 3: $85
Tier 4: $55

How Do I Know How Much I Pay Per Session?

Next, see my 4 Tier prices above. Tier 1 is the actual price per one hr session. Tiers 2- 4 are discounted.
**There are limited spaces available at the middle and bottom ends of the sliding scale in order for me to meet my family’s financial needs as well as provide low and no cost help for those in need.
Tell me what Tier fits for you at this moment. We will have periodic check-ins as your, or my, economic situations changes.
What Happens Next?
Following your free consultation, we will agree on the best format for your sessions to address your needs and meet your goals. I am happy to work with you as often and for as long as you may feel you need: bi-weekly, weekly, or monthly.
I find the best strategy for change is to give yourself enough time to have a complete experience with me. While I can provide you with one session, I recommend a minimum of 3 months of weekly sessions. *Packages available upon request
Not all people fit the same mold, which is why I provide individualized care for all my clients. For instance, some clients want to include art therapy as part of their treatment, others don’t. (Contact Me HERE to find out how to incorporate art therapy in phone sessions….oh yes. It can happen!) The length and number of sessions are based on an individual’s unique needs, which may evolve over time.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?
That all depends!
As your needs change, the frequency of our sessions will too. Bellow is a guide of Levels to give you some examples my clients and I use to determine frequency of sessions.
Level #1: “Deep Diving”
Ideal for someone experiencing a current life transition, crisis, or breakthrough and requires more intensive attention. This level is also useful if you are ready to dive into processing and transforming a challenging life issue.
Recommended: one or two session per week + check-in texts
Level #2: “Swimming”
Ideal for someone who wants to continue making solid gains and achieve personal goals. At this level, the intensity of a life event has subsided and you feel more grounded. This level represents a commitment to deeper self-awareness.
Recommended: one session per week - or- one sessions twice-per-month + check-in-texts.
Level #3: “Wading”
Ideal for someone already doing deep personal work and needs more part-time encouragement and advocacy. This is a moderate level of support to help you maintain your goals while continuing to look for insight and feel connected.
Recommended: one or two sessions per month + check-in-texts.
Customized sessions as needed.
Every level of support is flexible. You might be “swimming” until a life transition happens and you decide to increase to “deep diving”. Some clients decide that “swimming” offers them the greatest benefit. Others have done some “deep diving”, “swimming”, and now feel good “wading” with me every month. One size does not fit all.
